Founder
Charlie Vogt has been a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience executing visionary strategies resulting in growth, transformation and turn-arounds across a variety of industries including technology, media, telecommunication and consumer product segments. Vogt has been instrumental in leading and executing more than 20 acquisitions & divestitures, securing ~$1B in debt & equity and has traveled to more than 25 countries.
Vogt has been the CEO of five networking & cloud software companies and has led emerging to large scale sales organization.
Vogt has been on the board of directors with nine technology and consumer product companies, as well as an executive board member of numerous associations. Vogt has been the chairman of the board of three companies gaining valuable knowledge and experience pertaining to board design, priorities, agenda, committees, governance and strategy.
Vogt has two decades of experience partnering with venture capital and private equity firms and working within the framework of public company structures. Vogt has extensive knowledge relative to why and how visionary ideas and strategies translate to operational and financial success and setbacks. Vogt has implemented numerous go-to-market strategies that have resulted in hyper-growth and has extensive insights relative to how companies should balance, and leverage differentiated products & services.
Vogt has been an active public speaker and has been recognized as an EY "Regional Entrepreneur of the Year," Tech Titans "Corporate CEO of the Year," Global Telecoms’ "Power 100," and Inc. 500 “Fastest-Growing Private Companies".
