Charlie has led companies through hyper-scale growth as well as the post dot.com, financial crisis and covid pandemic periods requiring company-wide transformation and restructuring. He has led and executed 25+ mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, secured ~$700 million in debt & equity and has traveled to more than 25 countries. Charlie has been on the board of directors of nine technology and consumer product companies and numerous industry associations.

Charlie has more than two decades of experience partnering with venture capital and private equity firms and working within the framework of public companies. This knowledge and experience have resulted in unique insights to why and how visionary ideas and strategies translate to operational and financial success as well as setbacks.
